Summary/Objective:
We are looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals to join a small manufacturing team within a family owned and operated company. Since 1903, Callisons has innovated mint production and flavor profiles. With a century of experience in geographic and cultural flavor preferences, we serve customers in nearly every region on earth.
Essential Functions:
Operate manual equipment and hand tools associated with production work, such as scales, drum cart, pallet jack, drum stacker, plug wrenches, torque wrenches, seal removal tools etc.
Skilled in utilizing ERP platforms
Operate a forklift; may operate shrink-wrap and banding machine; may load and unload supplies and equipment; may operate a company vehicle, may assist in the routine maintenance of equipment; may shut down machines, lock warehouse and set alarms.
Able to carry out all aspects of processing a WO (liquid)
Show aptitude to become familiar with other production processes and machines (distillation & dry goods)
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Prepare routine production paperwork
Maintain quality, safety, and/or contamination control standards
Travel requirements
Must be able to work at any of our 2 Washington facilities as per the schedule.
Required education and experience
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3-5 years in a food manufacturing environment
Additional eligibility requirements
Completion of a satisfactory background check
Valid Driver’s License (Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report)
